  2. Submit issue

    The reporter adds a category, details, optional name, and photos from their camera or photo library.

  3. SnagDeck suggests

    SnagDeck suggests a clearer title, priority, summary, and next step for review.

  4. Manager reviews

    Owners and managers review reports before they become jobs, so duplicate or spam reports can be handled first.

  5. Assign job

    Jobs can be assigned to owners, managers, staff, contractors, or left unassigned until someone is ready to pick them up.

  6. Complete with proof

    The assignee updates the status, adds comments, completes checklist items, and uploads photos.
